By accessing or using MetriqLab (metriqlab.dev) or its API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MetriqLab provides creator analytics tools that allow businesses and creators to connect social media accounts and view performance metrics, accessible through a hosted dashboard and an API.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Do not share your API keys publicly. We may revoke keys that are abused or that violate these terms.
You may only connect and access data for creators who have explicitly authorized the connection through the official TikTok consent flow. You must use creator data solely to provide analytics to that creator and the business they authorized. Reselling, redistributing, or using TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, exceeding plan limits through circumvention, reverse engineering the service, or interfering with its operation. We enforce per-plan request and key limits and may rate-limit or suspend accounts that exceed them.
Your use of connected platforms (such as TikTok) is also governed by those platforms' own terms. MetriqLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. We access TikTok data only through official APIs and in accordance with TikTok's developer policies.
Paid plans grant the limits described at the time of purchase. Limits, features, and pricing may change with notice. Free-tier usage is subject to the limits shown on our pricing page.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics are sourced from third-party platforms and may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetriqLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
